  Divorced: Did not live together after 1862 per petition for divorce Divorce judgment dated June 15, 1868 states: "And it is further ordered and adjudged that it shall be lawful for the said complainant to marry again in the same manner as though the said defendant was actually dead, but it shall not be lawful for the said defendant to marry again until the said complainant is actually dead." Frey and Katherine, therefore, we probably not married. Married: lived together until 1862 (when he went to Civil War?)
